providing custom or off-the-shelf solutions for a variety of engineering
applications. "Omni Tech" has the mission of providing advanced
technology services and products that are innovative, unique and cost effective.
Company Profile
Omni Tech has three divisions:
a Design
Division, a Services Division, and a Manufacturing Division.
Omni
Tech’s Electronic Design and R&D division has significant experience
in designing oceanographic instrumentation, optical design (fiber optic sensors,
remote source lighting, optical telecommunications), niche telecommunications
products, power and small signal amplifier design, software engineering
(embedded and other), and many other design solutions for unique and challenging
applications. Omni Tech performs all analog and digital design, PC board design,
prototype fabrication, and testing in-house. Omni Tech has performed these
design services for the military, commercial entities, and agencies of both
State and Federal Government.
 Our
Services Division provides consulting engineering and field services over a wide
range of disciplines but concentrates primarily on telecommunications design and
installation. A summary of our telecommunications experience includes the design
and certification of small to medium sized business LANs, enterprise WANs, ILEC/CLEC
systems, SONET rings in marine and subsea environments, radio frequency systems
(design, modeling, siting, and system compliance) and large point-to-multipoint
packet radio networks. Other activities have designed and produced remote camera
systems and web systems using cellular transmission and custom equipment for
proprietary signaling interfaces. Omni Tech also provides expert witness
services, optical consulting, sensor development, fiber optic and
telecommunications training, ocean engineering, PC board layout, light
manufacturing, turnkey systems design and installation, project management, and
many other services.
Omni
Tech’s manufacturing division is currently producing several niche products
from successful designs that were conceptualized, designed, and developed from
our other two divisions.
Omni Tech is currently in the process of transitioning
a number of new designs into manufacturing and will announce the new
products as they become available.
